Alternatives to milk products, the so called ‘plant based drinks’, are non-dairy milks which are made from plants. Such as almond milk, soy milk, rice milk and oat milk. I have made a calorielist where I will be comparing the various different sorts of alternatives.
Carrot cake is one of my favorite types of cake! However I have never been very fond of the cream cheese on top of it. And since the traditional Carrot Cake also contains a lot of sugar, and to my disappointment doesn’t taste much like actual carrots at all, I got inspired to create my very own version of a healthier Carrot Cake!

You may have heard of the name Walden Farms before.. it’s an American brand that sells so called ”Calorie Free” products, like syrups, coffee creamers, peanut butters, jelly spreads and salad dressings. The products aren’t exactly 0 calories though, they still contain some ”trace calories”.
When I found out about the existence of ”zero calorie” food, I was very excited and curious so I decided to place an order to test a couple of their products.
Nakd bars are definitely one of my favorite snacks! They’re VEGAN bars made from all natural ingredients, without any added sugars, wheat or dairy. They come in loads of different flavors, and all wrapped in pretty colorful packaging! Sounds pretty amazing, huh?!….
